RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- 30-Day Return Window: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Free Returns: We offer free returns on all domestic orders. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions to print a prepaid return shipping label.
- Exchange Policy: To exchange an item, please follow the same process as returns. Indicate on the return form whether you would like a different size, color, or a completely different item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
REFUNDS:
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective item.
- International Returns: For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
